Hi,
Unfortunately, I just cannot activate my bought Trados license. When clicking on the subscription in the activation terminal, it shows "Your subscription is blocked - Payment error".
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Paul, I would like to get a reply on this issue as well. I see my 12-month subscription has recently expired, and I can't seem to be able to renew it.

For the benefit of anyone else thinking about adding their request onto this thread. You need to create your own post for us to be able to convert your request into a support ticket. I see you also did this so I moved it to the correct forum and actioned it .
