Upon launching Language Cloud on the browser, I get the message saying "Your subscription is blocked - Payment error".
Could anyone explain to me what I have to do to fix this issue?

Following up on this thread, I renewed my 12-month Trados subscrition with RWS. Still, I keep getting the message that my account is blocked even after getting the purchase confirmation email. Is there anything I am missing here?
The subscription has been restored. Could you please confirm that you are now able to log in and activate the subscription?
