Permanent licence "expired" when on the wifi / WLAN

This problem seemed already fixed a month ago when the support team resetted my license and made me activate it again (following their precise instructions :"

Please be aware that before activation, to remove the glitch from the system and make sure this is done correctly the below steps need to be performed:
(Make sure that Studio is closed while performing these changes)

* Go this path: <C:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio5\Data>

* Rename the Studio.lic file (ex. old_Studio.lic)
* Start Studio and perform offline activation."

It worked for about one week and then, the same bug reappeared.
Which means, I can work nowhere else than at my desk :-(

As explained last time : I have changed computer 3 month ago and, to make sure everything would work well during/after the migration of all my files, programs etc. in the beginning, I have installed a free trial version of trados on the new notebook.
When that one expired, I have switched my permanent license from the old to the new computer.
And for about two month everything worked perfectly well, including beeing on the wifi / WLAN in different houses, even countries.

Thank you in advance for your help, it is penalizing that I can only work at my desk!
