One license only available when there were two

I own SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance Plus with 2 licences. However, when I log in my Licences now, I see that there is only 1 licence. 

What has happened? Can't I install Trados in my second laptop now?

What I see now is: Users 1/1*    In Use1/1*     Available0/0*      *Extra Activations

  • Hi! Please note that Trados Freelance Plus is a single license with two activations, not two separate licenses. The issue occurs because you have already activated on two PCs (or changed PC without resetting the license beforehand). We will be pleased to help you with this problem so have logged a support case on your behalf.
