I've recently changed computers and have used my spare activation to install Studio on my new computer, but when I try to deactivate online on the old computer, I get the error message: Deactivation failed. Error [202] lock info is not matching.
Then, when I try to "Generate Deactivation Authorization Ticket" to deactivate offline, I get: "An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request"
This brings me here, as I haven't got a support agreement. Please could you help?
