cannot deactivate my sdl studio 2017 license

Hi, 
 moving my sdl studio 2017 to my new computer 
 Subject: cannot deactivate my sdl studio 2017 license eighter online/offline nor reset it 
 Online: 
 I could not deactivate my sdl studio 2017 license online-> doesn't work 
 Error message on online deactivation: 
 Deactivation failed. Could not revoke this license &ndash; Internal error, please contact your administrator. 
 Offline: 
 Then I tried many times to deactivate my license offline on my rws account --> doesn't work 
 Error message: An error has occurred 
 Reset: I also tried many times to reset my license on my rws account --> doesn't work 
 Error message: An error has occurred 
 I would be grateful for any help.
