Hello! I need to offline-deactivate my SDL Trados GroupShare 2020 License but when I click on the Offline-Deactivation I receive following error Message:
An email has been sent to support to inform them of the error.
Please try reloading / refreshing this page.
Already tried to refresh/reload that page but it didnt solve my issue.
I really need to deactivate that license as soon as possible.
What can I do now to deactivate it asap?

As you have a valid support contract, I would recommend that you submit a case from your account, Support and Education - Support, Get Support, Log a Case. My colleagues will look into it as soon as possible.

please correct me if I am wrong but I can´t open a Support Case with your suggested steps. It seems like i need to buy a Support agreement...

I have set you as a support user so you can submit the case, but please clear up internally who from your company should be responsible for submitting cases, as your support contract allows only for one support user.

How long does it take until the Support User rights take effect?
Because I still can´t submit the case with your suggested steps. I get the same page like in my Screenshot.
