I have Trados Studio 2017 installed on a laptop which hard disk crashed and was replaced. I'm trying to 'free' my licences to install Trados on another laptop, but receiving error. How can I proceed with this?

I have Trados Studio 2017 installed on a laptop which hard disk crashed and was replaced. I'm trying to 'free' my licences to install Trados on another laptop, but receiving error. How can I proceed with this?
