Cant deactivate SDL Trados Studio 2019 Professional license.

Question

Hello, 
 I tried to deactivate my license from Trados Studio 2019, but received error "Revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded." So I tried to reset my 2019 license in my RWS account and the website kept freezing when i clicked deactivate offline. I even tried reseting the license but as with deactivating the website kept presenting me with an error message. 
 Could you please help me deactivate my 2019 license, so i can activate it on my new device?
