Constantly being asked to activate subscription

I have a freelance subscription which I got a few months ago. However, at random intervals I get logged out of Studio even though I am using the same laptop.

I have to click on Subscription and Activate again which normally lets me back in.

However, I have lost saved work as a result which is extremely annoying and unsatisfactory.

I'd be very grateful if anyone knows how to fix this.
