Hi! I'm trying to access the "LICENSES & SUBSCRIPTIONS" page to get one of my available licenses and the page never loads. I've tried on different computers and using different browsers and still the same. Please help, thanks!

IT STILL HAS NOT BEEN FIXED!!! I NEED MY LICENSE AFTER REINSTALLING FOR THE UMPTEENTH TIME AFTER THE LAST UPDATE MADE A MESS OF MY INSTALLATION, AND I CANNOT GET IT!
