Trados studio 2022 installation problem

Question

I just bought a new laptop and installed the Trados 2022. 
 but when I open the Trados error message 'Sdl.Desktop.Platform.CommandBars.IActionService' cannot start the service&rsquo; shows up. 
 can you help me with this problem? it's urgent!
