I,ve had a 'blue screen' at my PC and I had to let it be formatted. Therefore I haven't had the opportunity of deactivate the license of my SDL Trados Studio 2022 program beforehand. Now I am reinstalling that program but I seem not to be able to reactivaste the license. Can you help me?

Incidentally, I would like to take this opportunity to ask you the following question:
Until the crash of my computer I have been working with my license on 2 computers (1 laptop and 1 desktop). But on my RWS account area I see now that only 1 user is available/alowed for my license. I would think there would be 2 users available. Is this perhaps due to a licence not being deactivated? Can you also help me with his issue, or do I need to make a new support case for that purpose?

Dear Elisa,
I see that the Sentiment score in my last message to you appears to be not so good. That is not due to my intentions, as I have never worked with this system of acknowledgment and I am afraid I have no control on it. In any case I would have made a great smile sentiment label of it. I am also seeing now that the sentiment label in this very message changes as I progress in its redaction.
