My portable died before I was able to return the key, I created an offline deactivation authorization but trados in the new computer does not recognize my original activation code - what is Installation ID to activate offline?
Up to date I have been using trados on 2 different computers, and one is still activated and in full use. I need to get the portable working with trados again

How can I get a support contract? I have tried to request a quote but cannot submit...
A support case has been submitted for you. Please check your inbox for updates on its status. Licensing and installation support is free of charge. For a support contract you would need to purchase the latest Trados version (Trados 2022).
