Activation authorization but trados in the new computer does not recognize my original activation code - what is Installation ID

My portable died before I was able to return the key, I created an offline deactivation authorization but trados in the new computer does not recognize my original activation code - what is Installation ID to activate offline?

Up to date I have been using trados on 2 different computers, and one is still activated and in full use. I need to get the portable working with trados again

SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance Plus license information showing 1 user, 1 in use, 0 available, and 1 extra activation. Order number and activation date visible.
