Trados Studio does not open after installing an update

I installed an update from Trados Studio (DeepL plugin) and now I cannot open it any more. If I double click on the Trados Studio icon, I can see the starting window for a second:

Trados Studio startup window displaying version 2022 SR1 - 17.1.6.16252 and a message 'Plug-ins werden geladen...' indicating plugins are loading.

But then it dissappears nothing happens. The programme does not start. I already tried to repair it, but that does not work.

Can you please help me? How can I make it work again?

    If the plugin is the only thing you did differently then removing it should help.  Please double check you deleted these folders?

    %APPDATA%\Trados\Trados Studio\17\Plugins

    %LOCALAPPDATA%\Trados\Trados Studio\17\Plugins

    c:\ProgramData\Trados\Trados Studio\17\Plugins

    Don't put anything back, just close Studio, delete those folders, restart Studio.  To get to these folders just copy/paste into here:

    Does Studio restart now?
