When trying to activate my Language Cloud Subscription I get:
In Language Cloud User settings I get a message "Your subscription is blocked - Payment error" but can not update the payment method anywhere myself (for as far as needed).
The 12 month subscription was paid on Feb 14th and as such should still be valid.
This problem already occurred for other users for example here: (+) I cannot use Trados Cloud in SDL Trados 2021, and cannot go to my account setting to update my credit card payment.
