I cannot use Trados Cloud in SDL Trados 2021, and cannot go to my account setting to update my credit card payment. It says this: Blocked subscription - Payment Error... Can someone please help me? Thank you.

Problem fixed via SDL support. It was a migration issue:
I am sorry you have experienced this issue.
As we launched Trados Live your subscription was migrated from the paid XXX USD/month one to a hybrid subscription.
I have activated the billing details tab in your account if you want to continue to use this hybrid subscription you will have to fill in the billing details and add a credit card. This has been lost in the migration process unfortunately.
