You purchased a Trados Studio subscription not a perpetual license so you don`t have an activation code. The subscription can be activated following the steps from this article: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000013347

I have noticed you purchase a new subscription Trados Studio Freelance L1 - 12 month subscription and not an upgrade. If you intended to purchase an upgrade from trados studio 2021 to 2022 trados studio please reach out to us via email to trados at rws dot com or via live chat .
