Good morning, my laptop broke, now when I want to install my Trados Licence I get a message that says:"in use" and of course I am not using my Trados 2019 licence, since I do have a licence. And it does not allow me to download the software to the new laptop.
I need your help.
Also, I need to know the price of upgrading it to 2022 version.

The try to activate it and let me know if it works.
