In the first instance I would recommend a System File Check on your machine to make sure there are no system issues - you can do this by following the resolution mentioned in the following KB article:

If you still have issues after running this operation you could try the following:

1. Make sure Windows is up-to-date - run a Windows update and install any updates

2. Uninstall and reinstall Studio

I have already tried all of this. Also with the DISM, Check Health, tried moving the ntdll file to the Wow64 folder fix, windows is up to date. I've also already uninstalled and reinstalled Studio. It "kind of" runs now, but it still throws odd errors, including this one. I get the "Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index" error sometimes when trying to verify a WS package. I have now also gotten the "RWSTrados 2011 SR1 Server installation: Fails Pretranslation phase with Error type: Exception of LanguagePlatformException: Object Reference not set to an instance of an object" error as well. I have to keep shutting down Studio (when it's not crashing) averaging on once per hour. Or else it won't save, won't verify or just hangs.
