Helllo, please be clear, I cannot download my Trados 2019 licence, it appears: "in use" and I AM NOT USING IT. I had to change my laptop and now even though I own a licences cannot use it in my new one.
Please help me in a clear way, and DON´T SEND ME ANYTHING YOU ARE SELLING please.
