cannot deactivate, cannot activate, cannot reset license

I am unable to deactive my Trados Studuis 2021 (offline, as I am unable to turn on the computer Trados was installed on).

I am unable to reset my license.

Everything gives me errors.

It says an error occured, and to reload/refresh.

Same thing.

And then it says if I am having issues using the 'reset license' option, please click here to log a case with Support.

I click on it, and it tells me to log in again. 

I log in, and repeat the SAME PROCESS.

OVER AND OVER AND OVER.
