Hello, I need to deactivate one of my licences - xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx - and then reactivate it on another computer.
The computer for which it is to be deactivated is offline.
I cannot deactivate it offline. There is an error. It asks me to log a support request.
I have also tried to reset the licence - again and error and a request to log a support request
