Cannot deactivate Trados license offline

Question

Hello! 
 I am being forced to reinstall Windows on my notebook, therefore I deactivated my license offline. 
 Upon checking my licenses, I now see that there are no licenses available, whereas there should be two, since I was using online one. I am planning to reinstall Windows and Trados this afternoon. 
 Could you kindly RESET my licenses?
