Dear RWS community,

I have a Studio 2021 Freelance Plus licence, purchased in April 2022, which I have been using on a Win10 desktop and Win10 laptop. 

I use Studio regularly on the desktop but have not used it on the laptop for a while, as it's my backup/travel machine. When I went to open Studio today it says the licence is expired, despite the fact that it was previously working on this machine. Logging into my RWS account also shows that both licenses are in use. (I have no other device Studio could be licensed on.)

I tried renaming the licence file in AppData, and uninstalling and reinstalling Studio 2021, but I still get the error message that the license is expired, and when I enter the license key that should already be in use on the laptop, I get the error message that there are no activations remaining. I can't deactivate the license for the laptop as I can't start Studio to do anything, and I need to work on the laptop next week. I also can't get the version number as I can't get past the licensing screen.

How can I get the laptop to recognise the license so I can work?
