I need to transfer one of my two Studio 2109 licenses from my laptop to a new desktop I bought but I am unable to do so. Neither the Deactivate button nor the Deactivate offline procedure works (error when trying to generate the certificate).
Can you please reset one of my two Studio 2109 licenses?
