Hi everybody,
I got my laptop to the customer care service and they wiped out all my data (factory reset).
Now I can no longer use my license again. I tried to deactivate/reset my license but it keeps giving me error messages. The software is SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance.
Can someone help me with this issue?
