Dear all,
I have just tried to sign into Trados Studio 2022 and a message pops up to say that my subscription has expired. When I go to my account to renew my subscription, it says that my subscription has been blocked and there is a payment error.
How can I check that my payment details are up to date? Or is there something else that I should do?
Any help would be much appreciated: I'm at my wits end and have a deadline on Monday mornining!
