I've had an issue with my laptop, and I could not deactivate my SDL Trados 2021 freelance license beforehand.
I am trying to reinstall Trados 2021, but I cannot deactivate the license offline. In my RWS account, the license is displayed as still active.
How can I deactivate it in order to use it?
