Hi! My old computer, where I had my license, just died and I can't access it anymore to deactivate it. I couldn't find any option online to do it. How can I deactivate it and activate it on my new computer? Thank you!

Thank you for your quick response! I received an email informing me about the license reset. However, I had already attempted to reset it on my own, and it didn't work. Once again, when I enter the code in the activation field, I receive an error message which consists of a code:

<statusMessage>The specified lock code is invalid.</statusMessage>

... and after trying again, I get the error message "Could not activate this licence - no licenses are currently available for the specified activation code". I have the screenshots of those messages in case it's need it.
The code I used was the one available under "Licenses & Subscriptions".
Is there any other way to activate this license on my new computer? I no longer have access to the old one, which is no longer functioning and beyond repair.
