LICENSE NOT WORKING

Question

I purchased Trados 2019 and then it was upgraded to 2021. 
 Now I am unable to use it because the system says that I have no license associated with the product. 
 I used the chat. I reset my license but to no avail. 
 I have a freelance license. My account is gabriela.harris@gmail.com .
