I have had problems with my computer and have had to send it in for repair. I was unable to deactivate the active Trados license on the computer before sending it in for repair.
I need help to unlock the license so that I can install it on the replacement computer for the duration of the repairs.
I have tried to reset the license and to deactivate it offline, but in both cases it fails.
Can you please help me to unlock this license?
