Hi,
I would like to deactivate my licence on my old computer to transfer it onto another one, but it doesn't work. I received an offine deactivation authorization, which I copied/pasted into the correspondant deactivation field – it even shows: "Deactivation démarrée" – but that doesn't seem to work.
