Dear all,
I am trying to deactivate my Trados licence from my current laptop because I need to transfer it to a new laptop but I received this error message:
Unsuccessful deactivation. Revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded.
I tried deactivating it offline with no sucess.
I tried to reset the licence, I get an error too.
What shall I do?
