Yesterday I purchased a 12-month Trados Freelancer subscription. The order was processed normally, payment was collected, and an invoice was issued. However, the subscription is still listed as 'Inactive'. There is no option to activate or reset the subscription/license. Somehow it is listed as having expired before being activated?
I'm afraid I'm in quite a difficult spot, as I have some important deadlines in the coming days.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
