I have installed my SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance on my new notebook as the old one crashed. I need an activation code, which is why I pressed the link to reactivate it. The online did not work, so I tried the offline where I got this message: An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request.
