License Deactivation Fails

Dear Support,

I tried deactivation my license several times, but it fails with the message "An error has occurred."

I also tried offline deactivation but did not go well.

Recently I got a new PC and I want to move my Trados 2017 and activate the license on it.

Would you kindly suggest what I should do to deactivate my license?
