Thank you, Elisa! I have repaired Trados as suggested and renamed the files and I am still getting the same error message.

I get a warning message when I try to install the Freshstart App. Should I remove and reinstall Trados instead? Thanks agani!

Please only try Workaround 2, and not 1 or 4 and let us know how it goes.

Hope you are fine. Workaround 2 has not worked either. When I load Trados, it seems to progress a little bit further but it still fails to open.

This is the error message I get.
