Service 'Sdl.TranslationStudio.Api.ProjectManagement.IProjectManagementService' could not be started.

Question

Hi, I am using Trados Studio 2022. I moved a project from one folder to another and the next time I tried to open Trados I got the following message: Service 'Sdl.TranslationStudio.Api.ProjectManagement.IProjectManagementService' could not be started. 
 As per the instructions in the community, I deleted the xlm file in the C:\Users\%username%\Documents\Studio 20XX\Projects. and still, it would not work. 
 I followed the instructions suggesting the creation of a new Studio 201X folder, named Project Templates, and I still get this message. 
 I guess I may be missing a small detail. This is the message I am getting now. Thanks for your help!

 Please also try the solution from this article https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000012348 and if the problem persists, please do a reset of your Trados settings (Workaround 2): https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001414
