License reset failed

My computer crashed (hard disk and all). Now I want to install my SDL Trados Studio 2015 Freelance Plus on my new computer - I went to my account to reset the license to activate it on my new computer, but when I clicked reset license, the page went to display an error message (I did this twice, tried refreshing, but nothing works). What can I do?
