I have tried to deactivate my Trados Studio 2021 license in order to change the PC I am using. When I tried to deactivate from the product help, it kept loading endlessly, so I tried to deactivate offline from my web account. However, an error was displayed.
As a result, the software on my PC is deactivated, but it remains active (status : in use) on the online license information.
