My old computer does not work properly and I need to use Trados in another computer.

If you need to transfer your license from one computer to another, please deactivate the license from your computer, install the software on the new computer from your RWS Account (under Products & Plans > Downloads), and then activate the license on your new computer (under Products & Plans > Licenses tab).
To deactivate the license from the product please open Studio, and select Help - Product activation - and click on Deactivate button
