I have a licence for 2021 & 2022 but can't activate 2021

On a new PC I have just installed Studio 2022 and activated it. But I wonder why I can't activate the 2021 version. 

I have Studio plus licence and with the optional parallel activation of 2021. 

Any ideas?

When I see "A well formulated question triggers better responses!" all the alarm bells ring. It makes it sound as if Trados Support doesn't even know its own products.

    When I see "A well formulated question triggers better responses!" all the alarm bells ring. It makes it sound as if Trados Support doesn't even know its own products.

    No it means two thngs:

    1. Trados Support do not support users through the community, other users do, and Trados staff like to help between their day jobs
    2. Too many users post questions that don't explain their problem at all and getting the information needed to answer properly is like getting blood from a stone!

    If you have a problem with licensing or installation, as you do here then we can involve the Trados Support team... and I will.  But even here providing sufficient information to help someone help you seems like a good idea to me?  Even our support team don't work from a crystal ball!
