Error message "Failed to add window command bar extensions"

Question

Hello, 
 
 Something went wrong with Studio this morning. I had to close the software and now, when I start Studio, it seems to load the update manager and then chrashes with the following message: "failed to add window command bar extensions". I cannot find the the folder SdlIdentityCredentials to rename it into SdlIdentityCredentials_old and I've tried to uninstall Trados and install the last version, it doesn't work. 
 
 Can somebody help, pleeease?

Hello Camille Ducros 
 Try to copy the following path directly in file explorer and hit enter: C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Platform\Identity\SDLTradosStudio.exe 
 If you don`t have the folder SdlIdentityCredentials try to reset Studio settings as described in this article: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001417
