Moving Trados to a new computer

Question

Dear Trados friends, 
 
 I'm trying to &ldquo;move&rdquo; my Trados to a new PC. 
 By trying to deactivate it on the old PC keep getting error message &ldquo;deactivation failed. Revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded&rdquo;. What does it mean and what for following steps should I do?
