Moving Trados to a new computer

Dear Trados friends, 
I'm trying to “move” my Trados to a new PC.
By trying to deactivate it on the old PC keep getting error message “deactivation failed. Revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded”. What does it mean and what for following steps should I do?
