Can you please confirm where do you see your account name? In what portal?
There is an RWS Account where you have the RWS Account name and there is the Cloud resources portal.
A screenshot would help. If it is not something you can change yourself we can open a case for the system admin team to assist.

Sure! Here it goes. My name in my Trados account did not change to match my correct data. It should be Marcelo Sousa instead of the one below. I relogged a few times but it did not work as well.
As you can see below, I have changed my account name in RWS account, but Trados did not update it.
