Hi Elisa I already clicked on the link above and the folders does not exist, I still cannot access to my annual subscription, and regarding with the other 2 orders that appear it was because I was trying to pay wit American Express and it seems that you do not accept those cards. But please tell me what else I can do so I can access to my subscription.

Which folders are you referring to? To activate the program you need to install it from your account, Products and Plans - Downloads and then activate it by logging in, as shown at the above link. Indeed we do not accept American Express payments, so may I cancel the other orders?

Hi Elisa good night, I installed the program but can't run it. An error message appears and the solution in the forums is not possible due to the file not existing.
