Studio 2022 - Deactivation is not working

We are trying to deactivate our Studio 2022 licences but we keep receiving errors.

Even if we insist and get a 'deactivated done' message, when we restart the machines the licence is still there (please see images below).

We tried to reset in the License page and to deactivate offline. But what happened after that is that now we lost 2 activations. They are not in any machine and not availabe either.

It was so easy to activate/deactivate the licenses when we had Studio 2021. We've just updated to Studio 2022 and it is a pity to see so many issues after we've just paid more to have a better product.
